Delete your account and data
Permanently remove everything Labgist holds about you.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and account profile
- Every patient profile you created
- All uploaded lab report files and the results extracted from them
- Marker history, trend data and AI summaries
- Subscription and usage records held by us
- Links between your account and App Store purchases
Sign in with Apple
If you signed in with Apple, the app asks you to confirm with Apple once more so we can revoke the app’s access to your Apple ID. This is required by Apple and keeps your Apple account tidy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first to avoid further charges.
Can’t access the app?
Email support@labgist.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and remove your data.
Backups
Copies held by our cloud providers in backups and logs are removed on the schedules those providers operate. We keep nothing for our own purposes after deletion.
Launch-list email
To remove an address from the launch list, email support@labgist.com.
